If you can't create a new trading account, it may be because of the limit we apply to keep your platform organised.
Flexible limit: 5 accounts per product
You can have up to 5 active trading accounts per product (for example, 5 in cTrader and 5 in B2TRADER). If you need more, just contact our support team and we'll remove the limit for you.
How to archive a trading account
You may want to archive an account — for example, to free up a slot for a new one, or before closing your B2PRIME account. Here's how:
In cTrader
Go to Platforms > cTrader.
Click the account you want to archive.
Click Account, then Settings.
Scroll down and press the green Archive button.
You can archive cTrader accounts yourself — no need to contact support.
In B2TRADER
Archiving in B2TRADER is currently only available through support. Go to Platforms > B2TRADER, find the account you want to archive, then contact our support team via live chat (or email [email protected]) with your request, and an agent will archive it for you.
