Crypto deposits are credited automatically when three details match what's shown on your deposit screen: the currency, the network, and the deposit address — plus a destination tag or memo where required. This article explains how to get each one right, and what to do if something went wrong.
Choosing the right network
Some currencies are available on more than one blockchain network. For example, USDT can be deposited on several networks — such as Tron (TRC-20), Ethereum (ERC-20), or BSC (BEP-20) — and each network uses a different deposit address.
Go to the Deposit page in your B2PRIME client portal and choose the wallet you want to fund.
Under Using, select the currency and the payment method.
Choose the blockchain network and click Create to generate your deposit address. If you already have deposit addresses for this currency, they appear under Send funds to — select the one for the network you want, or click + Address to add one for another network.
The screen then shows the deposit address with its QR code, the minimum deposit amount, and a reminder of which network to use — for example, "Make sure to use the Ripple network for this transaction."
Send your funds using exactly that network. If your wallet or exchange asks you to choose a network when sending, it must match the one shown on your deposit screen — each deposit address is valid only for the currency and network it was created for. Funds sent on a different network are not credited automatically.
Destination tags and memos
Some currencies — for example XRP and TON — need an extra identifier alongside the deposit address so that your transfer can be matched to your account. When required, it is shown on your deposit screen.
For XRP, you can switch the Address type on the deposit screen:
X-Address — a single address with your tag already built in. Use this only if your wallet or exchange supports the X-Address format.
Address — a classic address plus a separate Tag. Copy both: the address into the address field, and the tag into the destination tag field of your wallet or exchange.
As a rule of thumb: if your wallet or exchange shows a "destination tag" or "memo" field when sending, fill it in with the tag shown on your deposit screen — never leave it empty. A deposit sent without the required tag or memo cannot be matched to your account automatically.
Minimum deposit amounts
Each currency and network has its own minimum deposit amount, shown on the deposit screen — for example, 0.1 XRP on the Ripple network. Deposits below the minimum are not credited automatically — and several smaller deposits do not add up to meet the minimum. See Minimum and maximum deposit limits for details.
If something went wrong
Sent on the wrong network, or sent the wrong currency to your address: contact our support team with the details below. Recovery is handled manually — it can take time and may not always be possible, but we investigate every case.
Forgot the destination tag or memo: contact support with the details below. We may ask you for proof of the transfer, such as a screen recording from your wallet or exchange showing the outgoing transaction with the currency, amount, date, and transaction hash clearly visible.
Deposited below the minimum: make another deposit at or above the minimum, then contact support so we can review the earlier amount.
Sent to an address that doesn't belong to B2PRIME: blockchain transactions can't be reversed, and we're unable to recover funds sent to third-party addresses. Always copy the address directly from your deposit screen or scan the QR code.
What to include when you contact us
The transaction hash (TXID); currency, network, and amount; date and time of the transfer; and the wallet or exchange you sent from.
Crypto deposits are not available in every jurisdiction and depend on the B2PRIME entity you are onboarded with and your country of residence.
