Understanding Your Partner Reports

What each tab in the B2PRIME partner Reports section shows and which one to use for what.

The Reports section gives you the detail behind the summary figures on your Partner Dashboard. Go to Partners → Reports, select your partnership program at the top of the page, then choose a tab. Every tab has a Filters button, and you can set how many rows to show per page.

The tabs available to you depend on the partnership program you have joined.

Acquisitions

Every click on your partner links and banners: Click ID, Client ID, Country, IP Address, Link, Referrer and Date. Use the copy icon next to a link to copy the full URL that was clicked. Use this tab to see which links and channels are generating traffic.

Client List

The clients in your network, with a Total Clients count above the table. For each client you can see their client ID, country, trading volume, the rewards you have earned from them, and how many clients they have introduced themselves.

Client names and email addresses are partly masked to protect client privacy.

The Clients column shows how many clients that person has introduced. A figure above zero means they are acting as a sub-partner, and their clients sit further down your network.

Accounts

The trading accounts held by clients in your network: Account ID, Platform, Currency, Balance, Credit, Profit, PnL, Trades, Vol, Lots, Rewards and Created. Use it to identify which accounts generate the most reward for you.

Rewards

One row per rewarded trade: Client ID, Level, Platform, Account ID, Trade ID, Side, Symbol, Volume Lot, Reward Amount, Trade Execution Time and Transaction ID. This is the report to use when you want to know exactly how a payment was made up — the Transaction ID ties each trade back to the payment it was included in.

For how each reward amount is worked out, see How Partner Commissions Are Calculated.

Transactions

The reward payments credited to your Partner wallet: Transaction ID, Wallet ID, Rewards, Amount and Date.

The Rewards column is the number of trades covered by that single payment. To see which trades those were, take the Transaction ID and search for it in the Rewards tab.

Trades

The trades placed by clients in your network, including the platform, symbol, side, position status, volume, execution time, price, swap, commission and profit. Client email addresses are partly masked to protect client privacy.

A note on levels

Where a report shows a Level, that is how far the trading client sits from you in your network. Level 1 is a client you referred directly, Level 2 is a client referred by one of your sub-partners, and so on. You earn from all four levels at the same time.

Important information

Participation in the B2PRIME Partner Program is subject to eligibility requirements and jurisdiction-based restrictions under the IB Referral Terms and Conditions of the B2PRIME entity you are onboarded with.

In particular, you may not market, solicit, or refer to B2PRIME any individual or entity resident, established, or located in a Member State of the European Union. Clients from these jurisdictions do not qualify as introduced clients, and no rebate or other remuneration is payable in respect of them. This restriction also applies to any such client you introduced previously.

Please read the IB Referral Terms and Conditions in full before promoting your partner link. They are available on the Partner Program page and on our Legal Information page.
