I'm a citizen of one country but live in another: which documents should I use?

If you live in one country and are a citizen of another, that’s perfectly fine.

  • Use your passport as your Proof of Identity (PoI).

  • Upload a Proof of Address (PoA) from the country where you currently live, such as a utility bill, bank statement, or government letter issued within the last three months.

Verification usually takes from a few hours up to 24 hours, depending on the document quality.
