Transfers between accounts only work in the same currency (for example, USD to USD). To move funds between different currencies, you need to convert them — how you do this depends on whether you're working with fiat or crypto.
Fiat currencies (e.g., USD, EUR)
To convert between supported currencies, use the Exchange function.
Where available in your jurisdiction, stablecoins and USD can be exchanged at a 1:1 rate — for example, USDT to USD.
The Exchange function does not support converting fiat directly into a cryptocurrency (for example, USD to BTC). To obtain crypto, see the options under Crypto below.
Crypto
Crypto deposits and crypto-related services are not available in every jurisdiction.
Whether you can deposit, hold, or convert crypto depends on the B2PRIME entity you are onboarded with and your country of residence. If crypto isn't available for your account, the options below won't apply — check the methods shown in your client portal, or contact support.
The Exchange function does not support direct crypto-to-fiat (e.g., BTC to USD) or crypto-to-crypto (e.g., USDT to XRP) conversions. Where crypto is available to you, you can convert it using one of these options:
Easiest — deposit into the matching wallet. When you make a deposit, choose the wallet for the currency you ultimately want. For example, deposit BTC directly into your USD wallet, and it will be converted to USD automatically once received. To hold a specific cryptocurrency, deposit it into a wallet of the same currency (e.g., ADA into an ADA wallet), then transfer it to your B2TRADER Spot account.
Via B2TRADER. Transfer your crypto to your B2TRADER account and trade it on the relevant pair — for example, sell BTC for USDT (BTC/USDT), or buy XRP (XRP/USDT). To end up in fiat, exchange the resulting USDT to USD at 1:1, then transfer the USD to your trading account.
Exchange rates are based on current market conditions and may include a conversion fee. Currency conversions are subject to the platform's terms and the rates available at the time of exchange.
Disclaimer: Cryptocurrencies are highly volatile, and their value can go down as well as up — you may lose some or all of the funds you convert or hold in crypto. Make sure you understand the risks before depositing, trading, or converting crypto. For full details, see our Risk Disclosure.
