How long does a deposit take?

Typical deposit processing times by payment method (bank transfer, card, alternative methods, crypto) and what to do if your deposit is delayed.

Most deposits are credited automatically. How long it takes depends on your payment method and provider:

  • Bank transfer — 3–5 business days

  • Bank card — 10 minutes to 1 day

  • Alternative payment methods (e-wallets and local options) — 10 minutes to 1 day

  • Crypto — usually within 10 minutes after the required network confirmations

Times are indicative and may vary by payment method, provider, jurisdiction, and network conditions.

Bank transfers may need extra verification
Banks may hold an incoming transfer for standard verification checks before releasing it — this is more common for larger amounts or transfers sent from another country. As part of these checks, you may be asked to provide supporting documents, such as proof of where the funds came from (for example, income records or bank statements).

  • The processing time above starts once the bank has completed its checks and released the funds — not from the moment the transfer first reaches the bank.

  • If documents are requested, sending them promptly is the fastest way to avoid delays.

These checks are a standard part of banking procedures and help keep your funds safe.
