  • B2B Prime Services EU Limited — authorised and regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC), license no. 370/18, and a member of the Investor Compensation Fund (ICF).

  • B2B Prime Services SC Ltd — authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority of Seychelles (FSA), license no. SD 192.

  • B2B Prime Services — authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Commission of Mauritius (FSC), license no. C117017139.

  • B2B Prime Services MENA Limited — authorised and regulated by the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) in the DIFC, firm reference no. F009446. Services are provided exclusively to Professional Clients and Market Counterparties; retail clients are not onboarded under this entity.

  • B2B Prime Services Africa (Pty) Ltd — an authorised Financial Services Provider regulated by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority of South Africa (FSCA), license no. 54191.

  • B2B Prime Services Bahamas Limited — authorised and regulated by the Securities Commission of The Bahamas (SCB) under the Securities Industry Act (license SIA-F259) and the Digital Assets and Registered Exchanges Act (license DARE-DAB-034).
