The withdrawal whitelist is a security feature that lets you save and approve the wallet addresses you withdraw cryptocurrency to. When the whitelist is switched on, withdrawals can be sent only to the addresses on your list — this keeps your funds safer if someone ever gains access to your account.
If you try to withdraw to a wallet address that is not on your whitelist, you will see the message "Wallet address is not in the whitelist."
To continue, switch on the whitelist (if it is not already on) and add the destination address using the steps below.
Step 1: Turn on the withdrawal whitelist
Sign in to your B2PRIME account.
Click your profile icon in the top-right corner, then select Security. You can also open it directly at my.b2prime.com/en/security.
Scroll down to the Withdraw Whitelist section.
Switch the toggle on. The confirmation message "Withdrawal whitelist enabled successfully" will appear.
Step 2: Add a wallet address
In the Withdraw Whitelist section, click + Add.
In the New Whitelist Address window, fill in the following:
Currency code — select the cryptocurrency you want to withdraw (for example, USDT - TetherUS).
Wallet Address — enter the destination wallet address.
Destination tag — some networks (for example, XRP) require a destination tag, also called a memo, to identify the recipient. Enter it here if your address uses one. If it does not, tick No Destination Tag.
Click Submit. If prompted, confirm with the verification code sent to your email or generated by your authentication app.
Step 3: Complete your withdrawal
Return to the withdrawal page and select your whitelisted address. The "Wallet address is not in the whitelist" message will no longer appear, and you can complete your withdrawal as usual.
Before you save an address
Make sure the wallet address matches the cryptocurrency and network you selected. Funds sent to an address on the wrong network may be permanently lost.
Double-check the full address before saving it. Cryptocurrency transactions cannot be reversed.
