Your B2PRIME account keeps a complete record of every deposit, withdrawal, exchange, and transfer across your wallets and trading accounts. This article shows you where to find that record, how to filter it, and what each transaction status means.
View your transaction history
Log in to your B2PRIME account at https://my.b2prime.com/en/transactions, or select Transaction History from the left-hand menu. The page opens with the title Transactions.
Choose the type of records you want to see using the tabs at the top:
All – every transaction
Deposits – funds added to your wallets
Withdrawals – funds sent out of your wallets
Exchange – currency conversions between your wallets
Transfer – movements between your wallets and trading accounts
Narrow down the results:
Status – open the Status dropdown to show only transactions with a specific status (for example, Pending or Done).
Currency – filter by a specific currency.
Amount – sort your records by amount to find larger or smaller entries quickly.
If you don't have any records yet, the page shows No transactions found. Once you make your first transaction, it will appear here.
Tip: For a quick look at your most recent activity, open your Dashboard and check the Last Transactions widget.
Understanding transaction statuses
Every transaction is given a status so you can see exactly where it stands. These are the statuses you may see, and what each one means:
Status | What it means |
Pending | Your request has been received and is awaiting review or confirmation before processing. |
In Progress | Your transaction is being processed. |
Done | Your transaction has been completed successfully. |
Partial | The transaction was only partly processed and our team is completing it. If the status does not update, please contact support. |
Rejected | Your request was declined during review and was not processed. |
Cancelled | The request was cancelled and was not processed. A withdrawal can be cancelled while it is still In Progress. |
What to do if something looks wrong
Pending or In Progress for a while: Some transactions need time to process, so the status may stay on Pending or In Progress before it updates.
Partial, or an unexpected Rejected or Cancelled status: If a transaction shows Partial, or was Rejected or Cancelled and you're not sure why, please reach out to our team.
