You may not be able to create a new trading account due to a default limit we apply to keep your platform tidy and organized.
Flexible Limit: 5 Accounts Per Product
To avoid clutter and confusion, we apply a flexible restriction of up to 5 active trading accounts per product (for example, 5 in cTrader, 5 in B2TRADER).
If you need more — no problem! Just contact us through support and we will remove the limit for you.
How to Archive an Account
To open a new account, you may first want to archive an old one. Here's how to do it:
In cTrader
- Go to Platforms > cTrader
- Click on the account you wish to archive
- Click Account, then Settings
- Scroll down and press the green Archive button
You can archive accounts in cTrader yourself — no need to contact support.
In B2TRADER
- Go to Platforms > B2TRADER
- Find the account you wish to archive
- Contact our support — we will archive it manually for you
Currently, account archiving in B2TRADER is only available through support.
