cTrader provides access to FIX API — a professional protocol that allows advanced traders to connect their trading platforms directly to the market infrastructure.
However, please note that FIX API is not enabled by default. The feature is only available for specific account types and requires manual activation by our Technical Support Team.
Only fully verified clients are eligible to request FIX API access. If your verification is still in progress, please complete it in your client portal first.
If you see FIX API functionality in your client portal but receive an error when trying to use it, this means your account has not yet been activated for FIX API access.
To enable it, contact our Customer Support Team through the Help Center or by email support@b2prime.com. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll activate the FIX API connection for your account.
