Scammers sometimes misuse the names of regulated brokers to target traders. Here's how to recognise attempts to impersonate B2PRIME and keep your account and money safe.
B2PRIME will never
Charge you a subscription or any recurring fee — B2PRIME has no subscription products, and money only leaves your payment method when you initiate a deposit yourself in the client portal
Ask for your password or two-factor authentication (2FA) codes
Ask you to send crypto or money to a personal wallet or bank account
Contact you with unsolicited messages on WhatsApp, Telegram, or social media offering account management or investment deals
Promise guaranteed profits or pressure you to deposit quickly
Our official channels
Website: b2prime.com
Client portal: my.b2prime.com
Help center: help.b2prime.com
Support: live chat and [email protected]
If you receive a message claiming to be from B2PRIME and you're not sure it's genuine, don't click any links or share any details — contact us through the channels above and we'll confirm.
Warning signs to watch for
Websites or senders using names that look similar to B2PRIME but with slightly different spelling or a different domain
"Account managers" who approach you on messaging apps and ask you to deposit through them
Requests to install remote-access software or share your screen while logged in to your account
Urgency and pressure — genuine support will never rush you into a payment
If you see a card charge you don't recognise
B2PRIME does not charge your card unless you initiate a deposit. Check your transaction history in the client portal — if the charge doesn't appear there, it did not come from B2PRIME, and we recommend contacting your bank or card issuer. You can also contact our support team and we'll help you verify.
If you think you've been targeted
Don't send money or share any further details.
If you shared your password, change it immediately and enable two-factor authentication (2FA).
Contact our support team via live chat or at [email protected].
