To get full access to your personal account, you need to complete verification.
If you didn’t start verification after sign-up:
- Open the Verification page
- Click the Upgrade button
- Upload the following documents:
- Proof of Identity (passport or national ID)
- Proof of Address (utility bill, bank statement, or government letter – dated within the last 3 months)
- Fill out the short questionnaire
Processing time: from instant to 24 hours
Important:
To complete verification, you’ll need to allow access to your device’s camera.
You can either:
- Take a photo of your identity document
- Or manually upload a photo of your document
After you submit your identity document, the system will ask you to complete a quick liveness check.
You’ll need to show your face on camera and follow a simple instruction — like turning or shaking your head.
Make sure:
- Your face and document are clearly visible
- The image is not blurry
This is required to confirm that the document belongs to you. It also helps us keep your account secure.
