If you change your residential address, your verification must be updated.
Here’s how to do it:
Go to your Profile Info page.
Update your address details and save.
Upload a new Proof of Address issued within the last three months.
Complete the KYC checks again.
Once reviewed, your verification status will be restored.
Alternatively, you can contact our Support Team with your new Proof of Address, and we will handle the update for you.
