If updating personal information is required, please contact our Support Team with the relevant details, and we will guide you through the best approach. In some cases, additional documents may be required:
Change of nationality – we will require a new Proof of Identity (PoI)
Change of country – we will require a new Proof of Address (PoA)
Change of name – if you want your name translated or adjusted for case sensitivity, this can be done without additional documents
Change of answers from the assessment – our team will need to review and update it internally
Once reviewed and approved, your verification status will be restored.
