How to verify a corporate account

If you haven’t started the verification process after registration:

1. Go to the Verification page in your account

2. Click Upgrade to begin the corporate verification process

3. Upload the following required documents:

   • Company registration documents

   • Information about associated persons (e.g. directors, shareholders, UBOs)

   • Completed Corporate Questionnaire

Estimated processing time: 1 to 3 business days, depending on the completeness of the submitted documents and required verification checks.

What Documents Are Required for Corporate Verification?

• Certificate of Incorporation or company registration certificate

• Proof of the company’s registered business address (e.g. utility bill, lease agreement)

• List of shareholders and Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs)

• Completed Corporate Questionnaire
