You can permanently delete your B2PRIME account from your Profile. Deleting your account is final and cannot be undone, so please read the steps below carefully before you start.
Before you delete your account
Make sure that:
All funds have been withdrawn to your external wallets or accounts, and your balance is empty. (See How to withdraw funds.)
You have no open positions or pending transactions.
Your trading accounts have been archived. (See Managing trading accounts.)
If you have funds you're unable to withdraw, please contact our support team before deleting your account.
How to delete your account
Go to the Profile Info page.
Scroll down to Account Management.
Click Delete my Account.
Tick both confirmation boxes — that you've withdrawn all funds from your e-wallets and trading accounts, and that you've archived your trading accounts.
Click Permanently Delete Account.
Important: This action is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, it can't be restored, and you'll lose access to the platform and your account history.
Some information may be retained after your account is closed, where required by applicable laws and our Privacy Policy.
